We're scaling fast and looking for a Demand Generation Manager who can build and lead our growth engine from the ground up—someone who's equal parts strategic and scrappy, ready to drive measurable results across the funnel.

The Role

You'll own AdCrafty's entire demand generation strategy. From performance campaigns to lifecycle automation, you'll architect and execute programs that attract, convert, and retain high-value users. You'll collaborate directly with the founder and product team to turn data into action, scale qualified signups, and help shape how AdCrafty enters the next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X
  • Build and manage lead funnels that convert free users to paid Pro and Business plan customers
  • Design, test, and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging for conversion lift
  • Implement data-driven lifecycle marketing using email, retargeting, and in-app nudges
  • Analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline metrics to guide spend allocation and campaign decisions
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to create high-performing creative and lead magnets
  • Identify new acquisition channels and partnerships that drive scalable growth
  • Own marketing automation and CRM workflows to nurture leads through the funnel

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or performance marketing (startup experience preferred)
  • Proven track record driving paid acquisition and inbound pipeline growth
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization, analytics, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, GA4, etc.)
  • Comfortable with creative strategy and UGC-style ad testing
  • Data-obsessed with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • Startup mindset: you move fast, think lean, and can wear multiple hats
