The Impact You'll Make
The Enterprise Account Supervisor role is a great opportunity for our own Softchoice seasoned sales professionals to flex their leadership skills by taking on the responsibility and challenge of developing, leading and mentoring Account Managers.

The Enterprise Account Supervisor will lead a 4-5 EAMS and will be responsible for their quota along with individually owning some strategic buying accounts of their own.

We Are Looking For People Who Can

  • Coach and develop a team of Account Managers, reporting into a Account Leader
  • Support the development of individual development plan for EAMs under your Supervision
  • Support new EAMs throughout their onboarding into the team
  • Work with the EAMs to develop and maintain a high-performing culture of diversity and inclusion
  • Expose EAMs to different parts of their business and mentor to diversify the business
  • Develop creative ways to support and grow EAMS
  • Achieve team's sales targets by ensuring the majority of reps are performing over plan
  • Coach by participating in customer engagement via teleconference and training sessions
  • Drive sales activities that will generate Pipeline opportunities
  • Act as an escalation point – both internally and externally – to continue to improve customer experience
  • Tightly manage a 30, 60, and 90-day forecast.
  • Escalate and engage in performance related issues with EASL as appropriate
  • Develop & execute against a strong daily/weekly/monthly management process
  • Meet weekly with EAMs in order to move the business forward
  • Set up team meetings and trainings in order to keep sales representatives engaged and productive
  • Meet regularly with EASL to align on sales processes
  • Create and monitor a cadence for KPIs that are relevant to EAM success
  • Create and maintain channels for feedback and reviews
  • Create and implement business strategy to expand customer footprint, revenue and profit
  • Monitor industry trends and message that to the team when applicable.
  • Align with relevant vendors to drive market growth and ensure support for EAMs
  • Identify key contract opportunities within the specified market
  • Develop planning for strategic accounts in order to win and diversify business
  • Identify gaps in the business to improve processes and footprint where possible
  • Manage an existing book of business that contributes to the overall plan attainment of the team.
  • Maintain a strong communication plan and excellent customer experience for remaining book of business
  • Utilize and internal resources to handle day-to-day activities that can be offloaded
  • Drive growth for a handful of strategic accounts
  • Lead by example by continuing to prospect with insights following the Challenger viewpoint
  • Develop plans to transition accounts to continue to maintain a slim, robust book of business

What You'll Bring The To The Table

  • Have demonstrated the ability to Lead through Influence
  • 2+ years sales experience with a technology reseller, vendor or distributor, in a telephone based sales environment
  • Have experience building successful and high performing teams
  • Are confident in creating, pitching and perfecting customer-facing messaging
  • Proven capacity to deliver measurable impact, be analytical and consistently meet quota
  • Are creative thinkers and problem solvers with strong presentations skills
  • Are self-managed and motivated with strong leaderships skills
  • Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $59,920 - $74,900.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
