Job Description / Scope of Position:

Seamax Development is seeking a full-time Rental Coordinator for our Airbnb and rental properties. This role is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive experience and representing the property owner in all interactions. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, performing full cleaning, maintenance, and installation tasks, and supporting the overall rental operations.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing detailed information about available units and rental terms.
  • Coordinate rental appointments, walk-throughs, and negotiations with prospective clients to secure agreements.
  • Coordinate inventory control by tracking available units, updating records regularly, and ensuring accurate data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by promoting rental options through social media, signage, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records of all rental transactions, customer interactions, and contractual documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling phone calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Ensure guests have a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate property rentals, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure readiness and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain open communication with the property owner regarding operations, guest feedback, and property conditions.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
  • Prepare properties for guest check-in and check-out according to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Wash, fold, and organize linens, towels, and bedding; ensure sufficient inventory of supplies.
  • Perform all maintenance tasks and installations required to keep properties in full working order.
  • Arrange professional cleaning or caretaker services as needed for Airbnb and other rental properties.
  • Provide on-site support and problem resolution for guests when required.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency across all properties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, property maintenance, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working across multiple properties and performing cleaning, maintenance, and installation tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
