Vision Integrity is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to assist in the expansion of our Grande Prairie operations. This is an opportunity to build a strong presence, enhancing service delivery to existing clients, and driving new business development.

The Integrity Inspector should have strong local business and personal ties to the area. Local experience and connections are essential.

Position Summary

As the Grande Prairie Integrity Inspector, you will:

  • Lead a team of local employees and contractors.
  • Represent Vision Integrity with professionalism and a client-focused attitude.
  • Leverage your industry experience and network within the local oil and gas sector.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, competently, and in accordance with company procedures and client expectations.
  • Drive business development initiatives and maintain elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with Vision Integrity's standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensure clear communication of client requirements and execution of project scope.

Qualifications & Skills

    • Leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety practices and standards within the industry.
  • Familiarity with current business activities in the Grande Prairie area oil and gas sector.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and integrity management databases.
  • Technical background in one or more of the following areas:
    • Technical education – Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
    • NDE certification – CGSB (UT, MT, PT, etc.
    • Visual inspection certification - API 510/570/653, National Board, ABSA ISI
    • AMPP (NACE) qualification – Coatings, Corrosion, Cathodic Protection
