Mazda of Grande Prairie is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager or an Automotive Finance Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career with a progressive, customer-focused dealership.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales performance, developing the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Mazda brand. You will work closely with senior management to achieve dealership goals while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
  • Desk deals and structure transactions
  • Support and mentor Sales Consultants through training, performance management, and daily coaching
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance & Insurance department to ensure smooth deal flow
  • Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and merchandising in line with market conditions
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer experience, CSI scores, and long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager

OR

  • Automotive Finance Manager experience with a strong desire to move into Sales Management
  • Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, desking, and F&I workflows
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
