OBM Consultancy is partnering with a leading luxury brand
to recruit a highly motivated
Store Manager
to lead a
new Oakridge (Vancouver) team
and drive the business to success.

As Store Manager, you will be an ambassador for the client's standards, responsible for leading and developing the store team through hands-on management and coaching. You will inspire the team to build sustainable client relationships and deliver an elevated, consistent client experience.

Profile

Reporting to the
Retail Director
, you will act as a role model for the business and demonstrate strong sales leadership by building your team's client portfolio, driving repurchase, and supporting cross-selling through effective sales floor management—while ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.

You will manage, coach, and develop the team to create long-term client relationships and deliver a premium client journey. You will identify business opportunities, implement action plans to achieve store targets, and be accountable for store performance, operations, and budget. With a passion for people development, you will support recruitment and build a motivated, trained, and engaged team through regular feedback and structured development plans.

Ideally, you bring experience in
premium or luxury retail
, and you enjoy being present on the sales floor with both clients and your team.

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary range:
    $140,000–$160,000 CAD
    (annual)
  • Bonus:
    Eligible for a retail bonus program
