As an AWS contact center Full Stack DBA, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining web applications from front-end to back-end while ensuring robust database administration. You will be a valued member of the Technology Solutions team and work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
In this role, you will:- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
- Build and optimize APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
- Implement and manage cloud services, primarily AWS, to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Manage and maintain database systems, including setup, configuration, performance tuning, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.

What you need to have to be considered:- Proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of various database systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
- Expertise in API development principles and database schema design.
- Experience with advanced performance tuning and optimization techniques for databases.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Ruby.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
