Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse distribution process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various warehouse equipment.

Duties

  • Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders.
  • Utilize order pickers, forklifts, and clamp trucks for efficient loading and unloading of products.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
  • Conduct heavy lifting as required while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in the organization of the warehouse to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
  • Handle mechanical equipment as needed, demonstrating proficiency in heavy equipment operation.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in distribution or fulfillment environments.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating various types of equipment safely and effectively.
  • Experience with order picking, shipping & receiving processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
  • Experience operating cranes or other heavy machinery is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
