Join Our Team

Pet Max is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and diligent E-commerce Fulfillment Associate. You'll be an essential part of our team, focusing on the heart of our operations, our warehouse and retail environment. This role is perfect for those with a passion for logistics (picking, packing, shipping), inventory management, and a knack for ensuring every pet parent receives their order promptly and accurately. If you have a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our e-commerce fulfillment system to pick, pack, and ship online orders, while tracking inventory levels and ensuring precise order fulfillment for our online customers.

  • Take charge of shipping and receiving tasks. This includes meticulously inspecting all incoming deliveries for our furry friends' products and preparing and organizing outgoing shipments with care and precision.

  • Keep your work environment tidy and safe, championing cleanliness and order to facilitate a smooth operation.

  • Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals—meeting shipping targets and exceeding our pet-loving customers' expectations.

  • Uphold optimal inventory standards within our retail premises, guaranteeing that products transition seamlessly from the warehouse directly into the hands of devoted pet parents with efficiency.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Experience using ShipStation or comparable shipping software tools.

  • Knowledge of standard shipping and receiving protocols.

  • A good understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control techniques.

  • Although not a requirement, 2 + years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment centre, particularly with a background in online retail fulfillment, is beneficial.

  • The strength and stamina required for heavy lifting and the hustle of a fast-paced environment.

  • A commitment to teamwork and a strong work ethic, geared towards excellence in a dynamic retail and online fulfillment setting.
