Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Spa Administrator to lead the daily operations of our wellness facility. In this vital role, you will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff schedules, oversee inventory, and coordinate all administrative functions to create a seamless and relaxing experience for our guests. Duties

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, cancellations, and walk-ins using POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Supervise staff including receptionists, therapists, and support personnel; conduct employee orientation, training & development, and performance evaluations
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in person to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain inventory control of spa products, supplies, and equipment; coordinate purchasing and merchandising efforts
  • Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling to ensure financial accuracy
  • Implement marketing initiatives to promote services and retail sales; assist with retail management and sales management strategies

Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with supervisory experience in retail or service environments
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Proficiency in negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, and retail math
  • Skilled in employee recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training development
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and store management software
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across shift management and customer service duties
  • Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and retail sales techniques
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and team supervision
  • Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
