About Us

Dreamwell is a science-backed sleep music app designed to help people fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling more rested. Built around real sleep blockers—like stress, anxiety, overthinking, insomnia, ADHD, and noise—Dreamwell combines neuroscience-informed design with adaptive soundscapes to create a more mindful sleep experience. We're building at the intersection of wellness and technology, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our growth.

Position Overview

As Performance Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Dreamwell's paid and organic performance channels. You'll be responsible for driving app growth through data-driven campaigns, experimentation, and close collaboration with our creative and product teams. An ideal candidate would be comfortable on camera, in-tune with app advertising best practices, and a creative/analytical double-threat.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage advertising content rollouts across platforms
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Strategize and shoot/create advertising content
  • Set up and manage Meta assets (ad accounts, pages, pixels, SDKs, and integrations) for app marketing
  • Review product and marketing KPIs to inform and tailor growth strategy
  • Continuously experiment and run A/B tests to improve performance and efficiency over time
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize messaging, creative direction, and campaign concepts
  • Manage social media strategy, content planning, and content creation for Instagram and TikTok

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing paid performance campaigns (Meta + Google preferred) and creating engaging content
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting KPIs and testing results
  • Comfortable shooting content & being on-camera
  • Experience with app/product marketing, mobile attribution, and growth funnels
  • Ability to excel at creative thinking and performance optimization
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
  • Passion for wellness, sleep, or consumer subscription apps is a plus
  • Proficiency at video editing is a plus
