About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor with a strong passion for sales and a drive to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants a clear path toward management and leadership.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
- Recommend services and products based on customer needs
- Drive sales through effective communication, trust-building, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Consistently meet or exceed performance and sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven passion for sales and customer service

- Prior service advisor or sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
