In this role you will responsible for providing advice and support to line managers and coordinating recruitment and selection processes, people and performance management processes, WHS compliance and overseeing L&D program delivery. You will work both with line managers and the P&C team to deliver effective strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and support organisational goals.Further information about the role is found in the Position Description here: People, Culture and Safety CoordinatorWhat You Will BringOur ideal candidate will have:Tertiary HR qualifications (or substantial experience in a similar role - at least 5 years)Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver organisational objectivesKnowledge of current state and federal employment legislation and industrial instruments and an ability to interpret themAbility and experience managing employee issuesExcellent communication and relationship building skillsA positive, proactive and continuous improvement mindset andIdeally, previous experience in Local Government and Post Graduate qualificationsDon't meet every single requirement?
