Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Tutor. As an Online Tutor, you will plan and conduct engaging virtual tutoring sessions in subjects such as Math, Language Arts, ESL, and French for students of various grade levels. You will assess students' progress, offer constructive feedback, and create customized learning strategies to support their individual educational needs. Ensuring a positive, professional, and interactive learning environment is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mathematics, including subjects like Algebra
  • Experience in Online Tutoring and one-on-one Tutoring
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
  • Proficiency in Language Arts, French, and/or ESL instruction
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience with students of varying age groups
  • Ability to develop personalized lesson plans and adjust teaching styles as needed
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with virtual learning platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, related subjects, or equivalent experience is preferred
