Position: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Mississauga Ontario

Skills: Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular, Mongo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot (2.x).
  • Build and integrate REST APIs for enterprise applications.
  • Work on UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular (recent version is mandatory).
  • Deploy and operate applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry or similar cloud environments.
  • Collaborate in an Agile development team and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Work with MongoDB (mandatory) and other databases such as HDFS, DB2, and SQL.
  • Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
  • Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability across distributed systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
