Description

  • Hybrid Schedule: Reliable internet, computer, and Android or iPhone required for remote access.
  • In-office presence required 3 days a week based on team requirements.
  • Video/face-to-face interviews required prior to all offers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead application systems analysis and programming activities.
  • Partner with management teams for appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
  • Identify and define necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
  • Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
  • Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint.
  • Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Integrate business areas like architecture and infrastructure to accomplish business goals.
  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
  • Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • 6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or Systems Analysis role.
  • Extensive experience in System Analysis and software applications programming, with expertise in Java and Angular development.
  • Knowledge of various databases, preferably Oracle and MongoDB.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
