Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Armando's - Walker Rd. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys their dining experience. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in Italian cuisine.
  • Previous serving experience min 1 year
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Smart Serve certified
