Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un Concierge Résident expérimenté, polyvalent et en bonne forme physique pour assurer l'entretien général et le bon fonctionnement d'un immeuble résidentiel paisible et familial de 98 appartements. Ce poste inclut un logement 3 ½ tout inclus avec vue sur le Mont-Royal.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Réaliser les travaux de maintenance générale :
  • Plomberie
  • Électricité
  • Céramique
  • Plâtrage et peinture
  • Menuiserie et réparation de planchers
  • Assurer l'entretien ménager des aires communes
  • Maintenir les espaces extérieurs :
  • Gazon et jardin (tondeuse et outils fournis)
  • Déneigement (souffleuse fournie)
  • Nettoyage du stationnement

Gestion des déchets :

  • Vider les poubelles et les contenants de recyclage

Logistique :

  • Réception et vérification de la marchandise
  • Appels de service et suivi
  • Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins

Exigences physiques :

Le poste demande une bonne condition physique. Le candidat doit être en mesure de :

  • Rester debout pendant de longues périodes
  • Manipuler manuellement du matériel ou de l'équipement
  • Marcher fréquemment, parfois courir si nécessaire (interventions urgentes)
  • Se pencher, s'accroupir, se tordre le corps
  • Effectuer des mouvements répétitifs (entretien, nettoyage, réparations)

Salaire : 50 000$/an
