POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a full-time, on-call concierge for the South Shore of Montreal. Are you versatile, good with your hands and have a strong sense of organization? You are the person we need As a member of the maintenance team, the concierge's main function is to ensure the general maintenance of the building. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to change water heaters Able to lay floating floor All other related tasks Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency planned for this purpose or when required Clean and carry out tasks related to the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas Ensure maintenance of property spaces and systems Ensure security and compliance with building regulations Ensure the cleanliness of the working environment is maintained Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises Knowledge of fire safety rules Knowledge of plumbing and electricity Knowledge of ventilation system Maintain the grounds, indoor parking, storage spaces See to the maintenance and monitoring of equipment and mechanical systems Taking out the trash Wash windows at main and secondary entrances Construction Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures Clear and salt the entrances Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Preventive maintenance on equipment Remove snow and ice on sidewalks EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience Customer service experience an asset Experience in construction an asset BENEFITS: Salary to be discussed Free parking Vacation Accommodation provided Career Opportunity Portable Competitive salary JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time
