TerraPro is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator who will be responsible for safely operating designated equipment for the installation and removal plus service of matting projects.

Location: Edmonton Area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and remove allocated mats for specified projects.
  • Operate and maintain matting installation and service equipment (i.e. loaders, grapple and hoes).
  • Maintenance and preventative maintenance of equipment (including interior cleaning and greasing).
  • Comply with all TerraPro's safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Signing, filling, maintaining, and submitting documentations such as work orders, inspections, fuel reports, timesheets, mat tracking, and safety information.
  • Providing customer service through positive interactions and securing necessary documentation by obtaining customer signatures.
  • Load and unload trucks as required.
  • Maintain yards of racked mats with every stack marked for grade/count and keep a clean workspace.
  • Perform end-of-shift track cleaning and apply chains as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Emergency Response Training.
  • Mechanically inclined to diagnose and repair basic issues with the operation of equipment.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment/pre-access Drug and Alcohol test when required.
  • Ability to pass Fit for Duty test when required.
  • Valid Safety Tickets including: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, TerraPro WHMIS 2015, TerraPro TDG, CSTS, PST, PCST and Ground Disturbance Level II.
