**Education, Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years plant operations experience in the Petrochemical industry is preferred.
- Previous experience with Extruder, Additive, and Reactor operations would be considered an asset.
- Strong technical understanding of plant processes, equipment, and automation
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills are required.
- Power or Chemical Engineering Diploma preferred.
- 3rd Class Power Engineering Certificate. Consideration will be given to individuals with their 4th Class and in addition must have proven progress towards their 3rd Class.

**Hours**:
This position requires the ability to work rotating, 12-hour day/night shifts.
