Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a visionary leaderto join our Product team in Victoria as the Vice President of Product. In this role you will shape and execute our end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept to delivery—while driving innovation, clarity, and alignment across Design, Development, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic, hands-on executive who can balance creative excellence with operational rigor in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you have deep merchandising expertise and proven experience leading across the full product lifecycle, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Define and deliver a cohesive product strategy that aligns creative vision, financial goals, and operational priorities.
  • Oversee Design, Product Development, and Merchandising, ensuring seamless execution from concept to go-to-market.
  • Drive merchandising strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and category growth to achieve profitable results.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and omni-channel teams.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team that fosters creativity, accountability, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in product leadership within consumer goods, jewelry, accessories, or fashion.
  • Proven ability to lead both creative and commercial functions.
  • Strong track record of driving product-led revenue growth and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills.
