Trees Cheesecake + Organic Coffee is looking for a Baker to help oversee a portion of daily operations of Trees' kitchen staff and report to Kitchen General Manager. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing food and following instructions.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary, management experience and work well in a team. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities, as well to solving problems and taking initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Report and work under the direction of Bakery Manager and Owners direction
• Attention to Detail:
• have to deal with costs, pricing, tracking inventory control levels and more.
• Organizational Skills: Keeping work schedules, shipments, cleaning schedules and more organized is crucial to the job.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Dealing with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders is part of the job. Being able to come up with a solution quickly is a needed skill.
• Speaking Skills: Must be able to speak and write english
• communicate standards and cooking methods to all kitchen staffs

Requirements:

$17.85-$20.00/ per hour based on experience
