**Baker**

Trees Cheesecake + Organic Coffee is looking for a Baker to help oversee a portion of daily operations of Trees’ kitchen staff and report to Kitchen General Manager. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing food and following instructions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report and work under the direction of Bakery Manager and Owners direction
- Attention to Detail:

- have to deal with costs, pricing, tracking inventory control levels and more.
- Organizational Skills: Keeping work schedules, shipments, cleaning schedules and more organized is crucial to the job.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Dealing with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders is part of the job. Being able to come up with a solution quickly is a needed skill.
- Speaking Skills: Must be able to speak and write english
- communicate standards and cooking methods to all kitchen staffs

**Requirements**:
$17.40-18.40/ per hour + tips based on experience
- need 6 months of kitchen and/or baking experience.
