Role: HVAC & Electrical Co-Ordinator  

Location: Mainland Europe

Reporting to: Project Manager

  • Manage MSL's HVAC and electrical scope of work within our MEP & HVAC project delivery for specific life science capital project from design phase through installation to final handover
  • Adherence to and promotion of company safety and quality policies
  • Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and utility providers to ensure all M&E systems are delivered on programme and to high quality standards
  • Oversee on-site HVAC & Electrical installations
  • Manage subcontractors, if applicable

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
  • 4+ years' experience in M&E coordination
  • Strong understanding of residential M&E systems
  • Proven experience managing service installations from coordination through to commissioning
  • Experience working on mechanical construction projects in relevant industry sectors essential (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Semi-conductor or Oil and Gas)
  • Proficient in the use of Navis Works or equivalent packages
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Diligent, has a high level of attention to detail, and sets a high standard of quality for themselves and others
  • Personable, and a team player
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Hard working and able to work in fast paced work environment.
