Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated B2B Appointment Setter with experience in selling digital marketing services. You will be responsible for booking high-quality sales appointments with prospective clients. This is a contract-based, month-to-month opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to prospective business clients.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
  • Set appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically selling digital marketing services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Competitive contract-based pay (to be discussed based on experience).
  • Performance incentives available for high-quality appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M2J 4R3
