Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RV Technician/carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a carpentry background and experience working with both power and hand tools. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various systems, repairing water damage, ensuring that they are safe and functional for our customers. Your expertise will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients as you help maintain their mobile lifestyles.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in RVs. Repair water damage and interior components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various RV components using hand tools and power tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair needs and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to RV maintenance and repair.

Experience

  • Experience as an RV Technician or in a similar mechanical or carpentry role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
