ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Content & Communications Coordinator at Concorde Group, you'll help bring our brands to life across digital platforms by supporting writing, content planning, social deployment, and video-first content creation. You'll work closely with the marketing manager and creative team to execute strong storytelling, maintain brand voice, and build the content rhythms that elevate guest experience and support business goals. This role is ideal for a strong writer and creative thinker who understands social media, hospitality culture, and fast-paced environments. You will be hands-on and collaborative, helping strengthen content quality and brand storytelling across Concorde's venues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create:
- Write social copy, e-newsletters, and campaign copy aligned with brand voice.
- Build weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Capture and edit in-venue video content.
- Support campaign brainstorming and creative ideation.
Coordinate:
- Assemble and deploy content across platforms.
- Manage social media posting schedules.
- Maintain approvals for content using Planable.
- Organize and support creative shoots with contracted photographers.
- Draft creative briefs for designers.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and creative team to ensure brand consistency.
Support:
- Highlight trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Assist with general creative and communications tasks as required.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, PR, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone across brands.
- Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form video content.
- Fluent in Instagram and TikTok. Familiarity with Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to plan and schedule content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A collaborative communication style and a willingness to learn
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience using Wrike or other project management platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Mailchimp or other newsletter management systems.
