Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Change Management lead at BSB Consulting Group. The Change Management lead will be responsible for leading the analysis of business processes, identifying impacts and ensuring the business is ready for adoption. It also includes stakeholder engagement, training, and strategic advisory to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives. The role is based in Calgary, AB, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in business process analysis and redesign
  • Training and facilitation skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in change management or project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
