We are currently seeking a Pneumatic Bulk Dispatcher to join our team.

Position: Pneumatic Bulk Dispatcher

Type: Fulltime

Location: Lloydminster or Remote

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily dispatch of pneumatic bulk trucks, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling

· Communicate with drivers regarding load assignments, delivery instructions, and schedule updates

· Monitor ongoing hauls, track progress, and adjust plans as needed

· Liaise with customers to confirm load details, timing, and service requirements

· Maintain accurate records of loads, tickets, driver hours, and equipment availability

· Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards

· Support fleet management by tracking maintenance needs and equipment readiness

· Assist with after-hours or on-call coverage as required

Qualifications

· Previous dispatching experience in pneumatic bulk, oil & gas, or trucking preferred

· Strong understanding of bulk hauling operations, logistics, and routing

· Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

· Proficient with dispatching software, spreadsheets, and communication tools

· Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities

· Knowledge of HOS (Hours of Service) and transportation regulations is an asset
