Are you a compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) who loves helping people live safely and independently in their own home? We're looking for a Part-Time Community PSW to join our care team

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support and assistance to clients
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills

- Experience in lifting and transferring individuals safely

- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions

- Experience with pediatric patient care practices

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized living space

- Strong caregiving skills and a compassionate nature

- Knowledge of home care procedures and protocols

What We're Looking For:

  • PSW Certificate (required)

  • Reliable transportation (required)

  • Available at least 1 weekend/month (required)

  • Strong communication and time-management skills
