Villa St. Albert is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated On-Call Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our care team. We are looking for an individual who is flexible and willing to train across day, evening, and night shifts to support our residents as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety.
  • Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in residents' condition.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Adhere to all infection control, safety, and organizational policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to train and work days, evenings, and nights as needed.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care.
  • Experience in a retirement home or long-term care setting is an asset.

La Villa St-Albert est à la recherche d'un(e) Préposé(e) aux services de soutien personnel (PSSP) sur appel, compatissant(e), fiable et dévoué(e), pour se joindre à notre équipe de soins. Nous recherchons une personne flexible, prête à recevoir de la formation et à travailler de jour, de soir et de nuit, selon les besoins, afin de soutenir nos résidents.

Responsabilités :

  • Offrir des soins de haute qualité axés sur la personne, tout en assurant la dignité, le confort et la sécurité des résidents.
  • Suivre les plans de soins individualisés et signaler tout changement dans l'état des résidents.
  • Maintenir une documentation précise et communiquer efficacement avec l'équipe de soins.
  • Se conformer à toutes les politiques en matière de prévention des infections, de sécurité et de fonctionnement organisationnel.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications :

  • Capacité et volonté de suivre une formation et de travailler de jour, de soir et de nuit, selon les besoins.
  • Attitude compatissante, patience et engagement envers des soins centrés sur le résident.
  • Expérience en résidence pour aînés ou en soins de longue durée (un atout).

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Work Location: In person
