Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated friendly Associate Dentist to join our family oriented Dental Practice. Our practice is modern, digital radiographs, Pan + Ceph, Scanner, Nitrous, Digital charting and IV Sedation equipment.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions utilizing empathy and compassion for our patients.
- Collaborate with dental staff to provide high-quality patient care and support clinic operations in a team oriented environment. .
Skills
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and treatment planning.
- Previous experience in a Canadian dental office or clinic setting is required
