Tuesdays, Thursdays, and half-day Saturdays (AM shift, 3–4 hours)
Compensation:
40% of billed production (not collected) with a daily minimum of
$600 for 6–7-hour days.

We are looking for an
Associate Dentist
who is motivated, growth-oriented, and excited to practice in a highly efficient, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver high-quality
restorative and general dentistry
procedures - Maintain accurate, digital clinical records in accordance with
RCDSO standards - Collaborate with the support team to ensure efficient, seamless patient experiences
- Provide patient education and communicate treatment options clearly and ethically
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in clinical processes
Requirements
- DDS/DMD
from an accredited Canadian university (or NDEB certification) - Active RCDSO license
in good standing - Excellent clinical and communication skills
- A patient-first approach with strong attention to detail
- Open to
new graduates
who demonstrate initiative and eagerness to learn
