Heart of Niagara Hotels, a multi-property hospitality group in the Niagara Region, is seeking a qualified and motivated Corporate Sales & Events Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving group and event sales, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the seamless planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, association, government, and social clients
- Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, BEOs, floor plans, and event documents
- Coordinate events from initial inquiry through completion, ensuring exceptional client experiences
- Conduct site tours and follow-up meetings with new and existing clients
- Collaborate closely with banquet, operations, and vendor partners to ensure successful execution
- Manage event details including guarantees, dietary needs, and room requirements
- Support revenue growth and achieve sales targets within key market segments
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, event management, or hospitality
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM and event management software
- Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
