Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de la transformation des affaires expérimenté(e) et dynamique pour soutenir les initiatives stratégiques. Ce rôle est axé sur les projets, la normalisation des processus, l'optimisation des rapports et la conduite du changement à l'échelle mondiale. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe de transformation pour favoriser l'alignement global et améliorer l'efficacité, la capacité et la cohérence des opérations.
Description du poste
Responsabilités principales :
- Cartographie et amélioration des processus
- Analyser et documenter les processus CRB et accessoires
- Identifier les inefficacités et proposer des solutions pour augmenter la capacité
- Évaluer et recommander de nouveaux outils ou systèmes pour optimiser les processus
- Développement de rapports et d'outils
- Collaborer avec les TI pour développer et rationaliser les outils de reporting
- Normaliser les rapports de statut entre les ateliers et les clients à l'échelle mondiale
- Travailler avec l'équipe CORE pour harmoniser les pratiques internes
- Leadership du changement et mobilisation des parties prenantes
- Piloter les initiatives de transformation avec clarté et influence
- Obtenir l'adhésion des cadres supérieurs et des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles
- Naviguer dans l'ambiguïté et diriger dans des environnements en évolution
- Soutien aux équipes et amélioration des processus d'affaires
- Accompagner les équipes CRB dans l'adoption de processus améliorés
- Apporter des changements significatifs aux opérations
- Diriger des initiatives qui améliorent la performance des équipes
Exigences
- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion des opérations ou domaine connexe
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en opérations, amélioration des processus, gestion de projets ou gestion du changement
- Expérience avérée dans des environnements technologiques (ERP, CRM, outils de visualisation de données)
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (oral et écrit)
- Capacité démontrée à diriger dans des environnements ambigus et à obtenir des résultats

- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier ou de réparation aéronautique

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Transformation Lead to support strategic. This is a project-driven leadership role focused on process standardization, reporting optimization, and driving meaningful change across global repair operations. You will work closely with the transformation team to support global alignment and improve efficiency, capacity, and consistency.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping & Improvement
- Analyze and document CRB and Accessory processes
- Identify inefficiencies and propose capacity-enhancing solutions
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or systems for process optimization
- Reporting & Tool Development
- Collaborate with IT to develop and streamline reporting tools
- Standardize status reporting across global shops and customers
- Work with the CORE team to align internal reporting practices
- Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive transformation initiatives with clarity and influence
- Secure buy-in from executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Team Support & Business Process Enhancement
- Support CRB teams in adopting improved customer service processes
- Deliver meaningful change in business operations
- Lead initiatives that improve team performance
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, project management, or change management
- Proven experience in technology-driven environments (ERP systems, CRM platforms, data visualization tools)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous environments and drive results

- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace repair environment
