We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who shares our vision and passion for supporting autistic children and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking model of care that prioritizes neurodiversity affirmation and real-world impact.

  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based, child-centered interventions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and with families.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions to enhance our services.

We are an adaptive and agile organization, constantly evolving our programming based on the needs of our community. We believe in creating a collaborative culture that meets children where they are, respecting the unique wiring of autistic brains and fostering transferable skill acquisition through individualized support.

We're looking for professionals who not only meet formal requirements but also possess a drive to innovate and improve existing models of care. This is a place where collaboration, shared purpose, and a commitment to making a lasting impact are paramount.

You'll thrive in a connection-first, growth-minded environment within a welcoming, home-like clinic. Most importantly, you will directly improve the lives of autistic kids and their families.
