Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including payroll, data collection, and administrative tasks.

Duties:

  • Assist with the administration of HR programs and policies

  • Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee data

  • Collect and maintain employee information

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientations

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements

  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes

  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries

  • Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations, employee survey, exit interview.

  • Conduct data entry and generate reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or related role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
