Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including payroll, data collection, and administrative tasks.

Duties:
Assist with the administration of HR programs and policies
Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee data
Collect and maintain employee information
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientations
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations, employee survey, exit interview.
Conduct data entry and generate reports as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in human resources or related role
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
