Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to enhance our guest experience and ensure smooth operations within our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for cleanliness, and experience in hospitality or custodial services. This role involves assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting overall facility operations to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms, through cleaning and custodial tasks
  • Support facility operations by managing guest needs and coordinating with other departments as necessary
  • Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards through routine cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed
  • Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required to uphold hygiene standards in various settings
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to promote a positive guest experience
  • Provide security and concierge services for facility
  • Provide emergency response when required in a caring and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotel services, or custodial/industrial cleaning is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing the organization effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.18 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 21 per week
