About The Opportunity
McDougall Energy is looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of
Inventory Control Clerk,
reporting to the Operations Manager at our Kingston branch. This position will be mainly responsible for fuel reconciliation:

Other Responsibilities Include

  • Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion.
  • Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms.
  • Identifying discrepancies in billings and following up with various internal departments for resolution.
  • Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system according to specific timelines
  • Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items.
