Key Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support to 30-40 franchise stores by conducting training sessions and assisting with their traditional and digital marketing needs with the help of head office.
- Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Provide comprehensive marketing support to franchise locations through traditional methods such as local advertising and event promotions, as well as digital strategies including social media, and online advertising.
- Maintain promotional displays, menu boards, and signage.
- Enhance the in-store customer experience and gather feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with store staff, regional marketing, and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Organize events and local community initiatives to strengthen the Freshslice brand.
Requirements:
- Experience in traditional marketing, promotions, or digital marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Digital Marketing for stores.
- Passion for customer experience and brand growth.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
