Sales Support Specialist & Technical Recruiter
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Sales Support Specialist/Technical Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role blends talent acquisition expertise with hands on sales coordination, ensuring our organization attracts top technical talent while supporting the sales team in driving revenue and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech savvy, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with lead qualification, follow ups, and client communication.
• Support CRM data entry, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Coordinate and attend sales meetings, demos, and onboarding for new clients.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, outreach, and client engagement initiatives.
Technical Recruiting
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, IT specialists, technical support).
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Conduct technical pre screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Required
• Experience in technical recruiting, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast moving environment.

Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year
