Camp Davern | Seasonal

We're looking for energetic, responsible, and caring
Summer Camp Counsellors
to join the Camp Davern family. Counsellors play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and memorable summer experience for our campers while being positive role models and team players.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage campers in daily activities
  • Lead games, programs, and special events
  • Ensure camper safety and well-being
  • Support a positive, inclusive camp environment
  • Work closely with fellow staff and camp leadership

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with children and being outdoors
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience with kids or camps (preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
