Technology Consulting Manager Location: Milton, ON

ROLE MISSION & STRATEGIC IMPACT: As the Technology Consulting Manager at AUA Solutions Group, your primary mission is to bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-level business transformation. Based in our Milton hub, you will be the lead strategist for our mid-to-large scale consultancy projects. This is a high-impact role requiring a consultant who can navigate the nuances of client relations while maintaining a deep, hands-on understanding of modern enterprise technology stacks.

YEAR ONE KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Strategic Roadmap Development: You will be expected to design and present at least four comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps for Tier-1 clients within your first six months.
  • Team Orchestration: Leading a cross-functional team of 8+ technical consultants, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budgetary constraints.
  • Practice Growth: Identifying and scoping new service offerings within the Milton market, specifically focusing on cloud migration and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Operational Excellence: Overhauling current client delivery protocols to improve project velocity and client satisfaction scores by 15% year-over-year.

TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES:

  • Experience Portfolio: A minimum of 9 years in Technology Consulting or IT Management, with a proven track record of managing $1M+ project budgets.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and either ITIL or AWS/Azure Solution Architect certifications are mandatory for this level of seniority.
  • Core Competencies: Expert-level understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Cloud Infrastructure, and SDLC methodologies.

COMMUNICATION & LEADERSHIP: We require a leader who can simplify the complex. You must be comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and translating technical risks into business-language solutions. This role requires occasional travel to client sites within the GTA.

Pay: $97,500.00 per year
