Traffic Assistant – Full Time

We are currently looking for a Traffic Assistant in our Traffic department to support the team and handle lead generation tasks.

Job Duties

  • Manages advertising to ensure it stays on track during broadcasts.
  • Ensures advertisements meet contract requirements.
  • Schedules ad air times.
  • Organizes program on-air content and advertising material systematically in an electronic playlist

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College Preferred
  • Fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) is an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to prioritize.
  • Strong team player
