Duties

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and steering.
  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic problems.
  • Repair or replace powertrain components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials to restore optimal vehicle performance.
  • Execute wheel alignments to ensure vehicle safety features operate correctly.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools to complete tasks safely and effectively.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven service shop experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Solid mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrains.
  • Familiarity with automotive schematics, diagnostics software, and electronic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair machinery.
  • Service technician experience with a focus on customer service excellence is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics for efficient repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
