Glamxy Beauty MedSpa is expanding — and we're looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist + Sales Representative to join our team. This is a front-desk role with a strong focus on client service and treatment sales.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and create a welcoming, luxury experience

  • Answer phone calls, text messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently

  • Explain services, promotions, skincare, and treatment plans

  • Assist with selling treatment packages, memberships, and skincare

  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation

  • Support Open House events, promotional days, and social-media content

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times

Who We're Looking For

  • Friendly, polished, and confident communicator

  • Strong sales skills — or interest in learning

  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and the aesthetic industry

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Comfortable speaking with clients and upselling services

  • Previous experience in a MedSpa, spa, dermatology, retail beauty, gym membership sales, hospitality, or clinic reception is an asset — but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule

Thursday to Sunday

12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (approx.)

More hours may be available during events and busy seasons.

Possibility of transitioning to full-time as the clinic expands.

Compensation

  • $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Monthly performance bonus after 3-month probation

  • 20% employee discount on all services

  • Opportunity to grow as the clinic grows (higher role or full-time)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
