Job Description: Reporting to the Primary Health Care Manager, the Intravenous Therapy Coordinator coordinates the overall functioning of the Home Intravenous Therapy Program and facilitates the delivery of multiple services for clients within the hospital and community based care. This position also provides direct client care within a multidisciplinary team as required.

Licenses

  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
