Your Roles

HRM Window Cleaning is a growing company based in Halifax that is looking for a Sales Manager to help manage clients, jobsites and sales. The position includes bonus incentives, autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay.

This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, training and managing workers, dealing with clients and day-to-day scheduling.

Training and development will be continuously provided as long as candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn.

Requirements: We're looking for a manager with a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, high school diploma, and preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary).

Payment Structure:

- We offer a base rate

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall planning, scheduling, and assignment of project tasks associated with the project at hand.

- Managing clients and expectations.

- Selling work.

- Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner.

- Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.

Location: HRM
