Overview

Velocio, part of the SRAM family, is committed to innovation and excellence in technical apparel design. We focus on creating high-performance, sustainable products for cyclists and active individuals worldwide. The Product Designer will lead the full lifecycle development of new and existing products within the Velocio apparel line. This includes ideation, iteration, prototyping, and collaboration with manufacturing partners to continually improve product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and iterate on styles within the Velocio collection.

Select fabrics, create tech packs, and manage products within PLM systems.

Communicate with manufacturing partners to manage development timelines and ensure on-time production launches.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align product launches with go-live planning.

Respond to event and ambassador needs promptly and adapt to changing priorities.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Apparel/Textile Design or related field.

Minimum 3+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in performance or activewear.

Strong creative and iterative approach with a passion for innovation.

Keen eye for clean aesthetics and sustainable design practices (materials, durability, circularity).

Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication, organizational, and design skills.

Location:

Onsite in Vancouver, Canada.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary starting at $80,000 CAD, with potential up to 35% higher based on experience and skills.

Eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance.
